    • I have held the highest-available pilot certificate or pilot license (Airline Transport Pilot) from seven countries, including America, Australia, Hong Kong, Iceland, Papua New Guinea, People’s Republic of China, and Taiwan or Republic of China. I have held an FAA issued Instrument Airline Transport Pilot Certificate for Rotorcraft-Helicopter and a VFR Airline Transport Pilot License for Helicopter, from Australia.

    • For more than thirty years, I held the highest available Flying Instructor Ratings for single and multiengine airplanes and single and multiengine helicopters, issued by the FAA. I held Grade 2 Flying Instructor for single and multiengine airplanes and helicopters, from Australia.

    • I had served as Chief Pilot, both airplane and helicopter operations

    • I had served as Instrument Flight Examiner, based at LAX.

   • I hold an FAA Aircraft Mechanic Certificate for Airframe and Powerplant, for both single and multiengine airplanes and helicopters.

    • I have been an internationally published Aviation Safety and Technical Writer, since 1983.
