Rates:
- Half day rate is $395.00 . . . Minimum full day rate is $525.00 . . . Wedding or Event photography starts at $1,500.00 . . .
- Newspaper Rates . . . 10 Photos $100, travel no more than 45 minutes one way.
- Note: Unless you specifically request the Raw unprocessed photos, all photos from any pro-Photographer will need some degree of processing, editing/retouching, to align, crop, adjust exposure and colour, remove dust on flooring, dandruff on a dark collar, a blemish, or scar, for example. I pay attention to such details. Time in front of my computer will be in addition to my basic rate, starting at $25.00 per photo-hour.
- Roundtrip transportation costs will be charged, based on (petrol + oil + wear and tear + vehicle insurance), parking fees (if any). Please consider that BP 98 RON Petrol is well over $2.00/L, presently. Oil and Oil Filter is between $0.0093 to $0.0016/kilometre, presently. Tires are $310.00 each or $0.0174/kilometre. Spark plugs for the cheap ones costs $24.00 for 4 and last 30,000km or $0.0008/km. So, a 158km roundtrip will cost you $35.00 Travel for 158km round trip to/from Hobart. Cost to replace my vehicle factors in to what I charge for travel. All included, I deem this to be .78 to .82 dollars per kilometer. Just to give you an idea. Driving takes time, my time and costs wear and tear on my car, which will be factored in to any job. I should not have to quantify nor justify this.
- Special Equipment needed, such as a Photographic Assistant, portable Studio Lighting and reflectors $100.00/day
- Cost of CD or DVD and Cover
- I have an ABN.
- An itemised Invoice will be provided, which must be paid in full within 14 days, upon issue.
Everything is subject to negotiation or contract, but there are NO “Mates Rates”. Don’t ask.
